To celebrate the Duan Wu (also known as the Dragonboat) Festival, the Hua Xian Chinese Society took the opportunity to award those who have dedicated time and effort to help the community and celebrate volunteering in the Chinese community as part of ‘Year of the Volunteer’ campaign.
Everyone enjoyed a fun event for old and young with a big buffet including traditional ZongZi food parcels as well as kids activities throughout the day.
